Yes. All sessions and personal information are treated with complete confidentiality and respect, unless anything is shared that may deem yourself and or someone else at risk of harm.

Everyone will have a different experience. Most people feel calm and relaxed. Some experience emotional release or a sense of clarity. Drinking water and allowing yourself time to rest afterwards is recommended.

This varies for each person. Some people feel benefits from one session, while others choose to attend regularly as part of their wellbeing routine.

Holistic therapies support general wellbeing but are not a replacement for medical advice or treatment. Please consult your GP for medical concerns.

Ceremonial cacao may not be suitable for pregnancy, certain medications (such as antidepressants), or heart conditions. Please get in touch if you’re unsure.

Sound therapy is generally considered safe and deeply relaxing for most people.

However, it not recommended if you have certain health conditions, including:

• A heart condition

• A pacemaker or other implanted medical device

• Metal implants within past 3 months.

• First trimester pregnancy.

• Epilepsy.

• Significant mental health concerns
